Tic-Tac-Toe is a game of chance I played as a child. Marginalized people of color are faced with a life or death chance of survival when happenstance places them face to face with a policemen. In this composition the game board is the American flag, and X’s and O’s are faces of victims. People who have died Senselessly by black on black, and police violence.

For centuries the American flag has been a symbol of freedom (in concept anyway), but the platform of Trump’s Presidency has redefined that symbol with qualifications.
